The TP-7 Black from the Teenage Engineering brand is an ultra-compact portable recorder (digital dictaphone) with an innovative metal interface equipped with a rotating dial (tape-reel) for fast forward/backward, pause, and navigation through audio recordings. The device supports 24-bit / 96 kHz recording, built-in microphone and speaker, as well as up to 3 TRRS stereo jacks that can work as inputs or outputs. The internal memory capacity is 128GB, allowing you to save numerous tracks and ideas.
The TP-7 has an ergonomic lever for quick fast forward/backward and a monochrome OLED display with a resolution of 64x32 pixels, showing recording status, time, and project parameters.
The built-in battery provides up to 7 hours of autonomous operation, charges from a USB-C port, which also serves as a 24-bit / 96 kHz audio interface and MIDI channel.
Support for Bluetooth LE and MFi connection allows you to control the device through the TP-7 app for iOS, including automatic transcription of recordings into text.
The TP-7 recorder integrates with the Field System, including CM-15, TX-6, and OP-1 for creating a mobile mini-studio.
