Earn Skywards Miles with every purchase at Dr.Head

You can earn Skywards Miles when you pay with an eligible Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card that has been saved in the Skywards Everyday app. Members can save up to five eligible cards in the app.

Not eligible: American Express, Diners Club, gift cards and retailer store cards.

Skywards Miles are awarded once your transaction has been confirmed and processed by the payment network. Processing can take up to 10 days, so your transaction may not appear immediately.

If your transaction is still not shown as Pending or Credited after 10 days, keep your purchase receipt and contact Emirates through the Help section on emirates.com.

Yes. Skywards Miles are earned only on eligible purchases made using a payment card saved in the Skywards Everyday app.

Miles are not earned on cash payments, gift cards or store credit. The partner guide also excludes purchases made through certain third-party payment platforms or apps. Miles are calculated on the eligible purchase amount excluding VAT and other applicable taxes.

Yes. You must first download the Skywards Everyday app and save an eligible Visa or Mastercard in the My Cards section. Then use that same linked card to pay for your purchase.

Purchases made before the card was linked are not eligible retrospectively for Skywards Miles.

If your purchase is subject to a refund or return period, the transaction may remain Pending until that period has ended. Skywards Miles will only be earned once the eligible purchase has been confirmed and has not been cancelled or refunded.

If the purchase is cancelled or refunded, the transaction will not qualify for Miles.
