Mytek Liberty THX AAA HPA is a reference-level headphone amplifier. The amplifier provides maximum transparency and detail with minimal distortion from the device itself.
Features:
- The proprietary technology allows Liberty to be paired with any headphones.
- At maximum power, the level of harmonic distortion is less than 0.1 dB.
- The amplifier is based on the patented THX AAA forward error correction technology.
This was achieved through the use of the THX proprietary topology with forward error correction. As a result, the amplifier plays at maximum power with exponentially reduced distortion and noise levels. This system allows THX AAA-based amplifiers to work with any headphones, even the most tight and sensitive ones - it outputs a maximum of 6 W of power with less than 0.1 dB of harmonic distortion. There is also the option to select the gain coefficient - four different levels are available. With such significant power, additional care had to be taken to protect the circuit. Quality power is ensured by a huge 60 W linear toroidal transformer with automatic voltage switching in the network and regulators in double mono format. This version of Liberty has four linear inputs: three RCA and one balanced XLR of 1/4 inch format. The outputs include a four-pin XLR, 4.4mm balanced, 1/4-inch TRS, and 3.5mm for in-ear monitors (when connecting, the gain level automatically drops by 12 dB). There is also a preamplifier RCA output - in this mode, the Liberty THX AAA HPA can also be used. The "Crossfeed/Mono" switch allows you to adjust the device to work with other audio system components. The large 27mm Alps attenuator is responsible for adjusting the volume level.
