The sound of the FiiO FA9 is delivered by six Knowles balanced armature drivers with a specially designed 4-way crossover and an extra-long low-frequency sound tube for optimal sound reproduction across the entire frequency range. The SWFK-31736 drivers are responsible for the high and ultra-high frequencies; the FiiO and Knowles EJ-33877 joint development handles the mids; and the HODVTEC-31618 drivers take care of the lows.
FA9 is the first FiiO model to use Knowles EJ drivers, which were previously only used in flagship in-ear monitors from other brands.
To achieve the maximum clarity and ensure that multiple drivers do not interfere with each other, the FA9 uses a specially designed 80.6 mm sound tube, which acts as a low-frequency filter.
Three sound adjustment switches
The use of electronic crossover technology allows you to adjust the sound exactly as you need it using three sound adjustment switches. Adjusting the impedance, low, mid, and high frequencies allows you to achieve the best sound on different devices and for various genres.
3D-printed resin shells
The FiiO FA9 earphones are made using precise 3D printing techniques with skin-friendly resin. They are very lightweight and ergonomic, providing a comfortable and secure fit.
The front panel features a unique diamond-cut design that provides a rich and outstanding appearance. Looking at the FiiO FA9 from different angles, you can see a dazzling effect on the front panel, resembling a multitude of stars in the night sky.
Premium cable
The included cable is made of 8-core monocrystalline silver-plated copper, providing perfect sound quality without the need for cable upgrades. However, the headphones are equipped with MMCX connectors, so replacing the cable in case of wear or for compatibility with connectors other than the standard 3.5mm is easy.
Exquisite leather case
The case is made of artificial leather for safe storage of the earphones.
