Small enough to fit in your pocket and powered by a pair of AAA batteries, the Teenage Engineering PO-12 rhythm synthesizer reproduces both real synthesized drum sounds and sampled drum sounds with 16 effects including delay, bitcrush, and filters.
The synthesizer parameters can be locked, and automatic compressor and hardware limiter ensure adequate signal generation without distortion. The 16-step sequencer has 16 available patterns, and up to 16 patterns can be chained together. Built-in clock and alarm clock expand the creative possibilities of the instrument. Jam sync feature with 3.5mm audio inputs allows multiple synthesizer devices to be connected to each other.
The synthesizer is made of high-quality components with low power consumption, and is equipped with Silabs EFM 32 Gecko processor, Cirrus Logic DAC and Knowles speaker located under the new animated LCD display on a single circuit board. The flip-out stand makes playback easier, and soldered speaker connections on the back panel allow you to connect the device to a larger sound system.
Optional custom-made pro silicone case (sold separately) gives this unique music-making device non-slip feet, battery protection, and professional-grade button protection.
