The Pro-Ject Pick It MC1 is equipped with a powerful neodymium magnet N40H and coils with a square winding of high-purity 6N oxygen-free copper. The model's output signal level is 0.4 mV, ensuring good compatibility with various MC phono preamps and step-up transformers.
Spherical Tip Needle
The cartridge is fitted with a needle with a spherical tip. The cantilever is made of aluminum. Thanks to the low weight of the moving system, the Pro-Ject Pick It MC1 accurately reads the grooves of the record.
Housing with Threaded Holes
The housing of the Pro-Ject Pick It MC1 cartridge is resistant to resonances and external vibrations. The top plate has threaded mounting holes located at a standard distance of ½ inch from each other. This simplifies the cartridge installation on the shell as it does not require the use of nuts.
