KZ ZAR are hybrid in-ear monitors with a recognizable visual style and excellent sound characteristics. Each earphone contains 8 drivers: 1 dynamic and 7 armature. The eight-wire cable included in the package can be replaced with any other analog cable or used with a Bluetooth adapter (sold separately).

In the KZ ZAR, 8 drivers are used - a full-frequency 10mm dynamic driver, 3 pairs of armature drivers 50024S for high frequencies, and 1 armature driver 30019S for ultra-high frequencies. The hybrid construction ensures even volume across the frequency range with slight emphasis on lows and highs. Balanced sound allows you to hear all the details of the composition, appealing to fans of different music genres. Good sensitivity allows the earphones to be used with not only high-end amplifiers but also regular smartphones.
The KZ ZAR housing is made of semi-transparent plastic, revealing the internal components of the device. It features a metal sound tube with grooves to prevent ear tips from slipping during active use, as well as a mesh to protect the armature from dirt and dust. The closed construction and anatomical shape of the housing provide good sound isolation, even with the included ear tips.
The device has an ergonomic design and securely fits thanks to the ear hook attachment. Even during prolonged use, the KZ ZAR does not cause discomfort, does not rub, and sits snugly in the ear, even during running or fast walking.
The package includes a braided 8-wire cable with a 3.5mm plug and aluminum splitter. The 1.2-meter cable is protected from bends, ensuring the gadget will last long without damage or issues.
