The JH Audio JH13v2 are legendary in-ear monitors designed for audiophiles and professionals by Jerry Harvey Audio. The second version has undergone a complete technical redesign, earning a cult status for its outstanding musicality, extended dynamic range, and incredible detail.
The JH13v2 construction is based on a complex hybrid system of 8 balanced armature drivers per channel. Frequency distribution is controlled by an integrated three-way passive crossover. Thanks to the proprietary Soundrive technology, engineers were able to place miniature transducers without increasing the physical size of the earphones.
Driver configuration: 2 low-frequency woofers (Dual Low), 2 mid-frequency drivers (Dual Mid), and 4 high-frequency super tweeters (Quad High).
Freqphase waveguides: Sound is delivered through a triple steel sound bore, completely eliminating phase and time misalignments, ensuring all frequencies reach the eardrum synchronously, forming a realistic stereo image.
Adjustable bass: The included 4-pin premium Moon Audio cable features a mechanical attenuator, allowing manual adjustment of low-frequency output from 0 to +12 dB.
The sound profile of the JH13v2 Pro is tuned for reference accuracy, purity, and naturalness. The earphones create a wide soundstage comparable to the brand's flagship models. Thanks to the quad high-frequency drivers, the upper range is more airy and transparent, and the adjustable bass allows for tuning the sub-bass density for any task - from dry studio work to deep pounding rhythms. The tough ergonomic housing provides passive isolation of external noise up to -26 dB. The internal 3D Acoustic Sound Chamber protects components from sweat and moisture, preventing clogging of the sound bores.
