The fifth generation of the popular wireless speaker has become even better. It now uses the new Bluetooth 5.1 for connection to the source. For comparison, the previous generation of Charge speakers worked with Bluetooth 4.2.
The speaker is completely dust and waterproof according to the IP67 standard. The manufacturer claims that the speaker has received "impressive clarity of sound and deep bass".
The JBL Charge 5 is equipped with the JBL PartyBoost feature, allowing users to connect multiple JBL speakers together.
The battery life is 20 hours of playback time - at this point, the company has not made any changes, but no competitor has yet achieved such a result.
