Linear impedance
FATfreq uses proprietary schemes to correct nonlinear resistances in multi-driver headphones. Different output resistances of your devices lead to frequency response differences. This technology ensures consistent frequency characteristics of IEM when connected to any device – whether it's a microphone block, mixer, phone, or specialized portable player.
Signature Sonar La Trompa technology
Inspired by the anatomy of a traditional French horn, FATfreq uses an exponential French horn curve to adjust amplification and improve tonality of high frequencies through acoustics. It provides smooth, natural sound of high frequencies, complemented by a pleasant tone on mid and low frequencies.
Phase alignment
The absence of DSP in IEMs means phase alignment in multi-driver headphones needs to be achieved through acoustic delay. Using proprietary structures, engineers were able to align low, mid, and high frequencies so they consistently reach your eardrums, providing the accuracy and resolution required on stage and in the studio.
