Magnetic System and TrueFlow Technology
The ETHER 2 model is equipped with a new magnetic system based on TrueFlow technology, which has significantly improved linearity, dynamics, and detail. The driver measures 71 x 45 mm. To fully unleash the potential of the magnetic system, we developed a new diaphragm that is 70% lighter than previous-generation Dan Clark Audio drivers, thanks to the incorporation of an aluminum conductive layer.
As a result, the ETHER 2 delivers unparalleled clarity: powerful and tight bass, smooth midrange frequencies, and expressive, balanced treble without any coloring. These characteristics create a cohesive, dynamic, and precisely balanced soundstage. The ETHER 2's uncompromising sound quality and durability are complemented by its lightweight construction with metal cup and carbon fiber headband.
