Thanks to the closed back design, the DT 1770 PRO MKII headphones are perfect for recording, monitoring, and editing. The rich sound signature features powerful and deep bass, transparent mid frequencies, and highly detailed highs.

Updated TESLA.45 driver
The driving force behind the superior sound quality is the TESLA.45 driver, recently developed and manufactured in Heilbronn. The optimized neodymium magnet in the air gap of the magnetic system achieves a magnetic flux density of more than one tesla. Thus, the TESLA.45 driver can be described as particularly powerful. Due to the structurally optimized diaphragm, overall harmonic distortion and impulse characteristics have been significantly improved compared to its predecessor.
This ensures cleaner sound even at high volumes. The diaphragm, made of high-quality PEEK polymer, provides precise reproduction of low frequencies. The refined high-frequency range is achieved through the lightweight voice coil made of copper wire with aluminum coating. To guarantee consistent quality, the drivers are measured several times at various stages of production.
Designed for long studio sessions
The headphones are intended for use in the studio for long hours. The mechanical construction is based on a durable spring steel headband that has been tested for decades. Velvet ear pads prevent overheating. The headband is made of soft memory foam and durable leatherette. A new recess in the headband area helps prevent potentially sensitive areas on the head. When necessary, both the headband and ear pads can be replaced. The model is handcrafted at the company's factory in Heilbronn.

The headphones come with two different sets of ear pads that meet the demands of modern music production. The included velour ear pads provide exceptional wearing comfort, while the leatherette ear pads impress with their high level of sound isolation. The model comes with a detachable 3-meter cable and a coiled 5-meter cable, each equipped with a locking 3-pin mini-XLR connector. The headphones are securely stored in a high-quality hard case.
