Wireless speaker Audio Pro A10 MKII W is designed in a trendy cylinder shape, with almost the entire side surface covered in fabric.
The acoustic part of the speaker, compared to the first version, remains unchanged, with the main update focusing on functionality. The new version supports Apple AirPlay 2, Google Cast, as well as Audio Pro's proprietary multi-room audio platform. Another unique feature is the ability to program four buttons on the top panel of the speaker for quick access to favorite playlists, radio stations, or streaming services, allowing them to be easily played with just one touch without needing a smartphone.
The speaker is housed in an ABS casing, which has good acoustic characteristics and high mechanical strength. Under the protective fabric, there is a serious set of drivers that create a dynamic and punchy sound with surprisingly rich bass for such a compact model. It includes a 1.25-inch tweeter using BMR technology and a 3-inch woofer with an extended excursion.
There are also two passive oval woofers located on either side of the main woofer. The amplifier in the speaker delivers a fairly high power of 52W. The precise design of the entire Audio Pro A10 MKII W construction and the use of high-quality components have resulted in excellent performance, making the speaker excel in sound reproduction in a small room.
The model features a Wi-Fi module and can be integrated into the brand's multi-room system for control through a mobile app. Setting up the speaker in the home wireless network is simple and quick. It also supports AirPlay 2, Google Cast, and Audio Pro multi-room technology. It provides playback of Lossless files and music streaming from online services. Another option for wireless connection to the signal source is the built-in Bluetooth receiver. The speaker also includes an analog input on a 3.5mm mini-jack connector.
The main functions of the model are controlled using buttons on the top panel. Four of them are programmable for quick access to the most popular functions. For example, pressing a button can start playing a preset internet radio station or playlist.
The model takes up little space on a shelf or table, yet provides rich sound in a wide listening area. Additionally, the speaker has a wall-mount bracket (sold separately).
The Audio Pro app allows you to play music from your device on all Audio Pro multi-connected devices. Group and ungroup speakers, manage radio stations and presets, adjust volume, and more. Play different music in different rooms or the same music in all rooms.
The app allows you to stream music to speakers and Audio Pro devices with multiple connections. Enjoy listening to music from your favorite music providers and online radio without connecting your device to the speakers. Simply connect your Audio Pro multi-connected products and use the Audio Pro app for wireless music playback over your Wi-Fi network.
You can use the new W-generation app with your old speakers (2nd generation speakers), but to access the new features of the new app, such as an equalizer, Wi-Fi synchronization, etc., you need speakers from the new W generation.
