WiiM Bar is the debut smart soundbar from the popular brand WiiM, combining the functions of an advanced streaming platform and a wireless home theater. The model is compact and designed to compete directly with the recognized market leaders in multi-room audio.
The main feature of the design of this new product is the round 2.1-inch touch display, protected by glass, located directly on the housing. The touch screen is recessed on the front of the housing and covered with glass. The display shows album covers, information about playing tracks, current time, equalizer settings, sound presets, and a list of recently played content. Through the touch interface, users can play and pause music, switch between tracks, change input signal sources, and select equalizer profiles. In standby mode, the screen displays the clock and dynamic screensavers.
Despite its modest size, WiiM Bar comes with a 3.0.2 configuration and features 8 active speakers. The construction includes three front midrange drivers, three tweeters, and two upward-facing speakers for height channels of surround sound. The system is supplemented with four passive radiators for a solid bass and delivers 135W peak power. The soundbar supports decoding advanced spatial audio formats Dolby Atmos and DTS:X. If desired, the system can be expanded to a full-fledged 5.1.2 wireless home theater with the addition of proprietary subwoofers and rear speakers.

WiiM Bar is equipped with HDMI eARC, optical input, line input, and a customizable USB port for audio sources. Wireless connectivity is provided through Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.4 with LE Audio support. The device is compatible with over twenty streaming services and supports Spotify Connect, TIDAL Connect, Qobuz Connect, Google Cast, Roon, and Amazon Music Cast.
