The Simpleway Audio D1 mini is designed to amplify the signal of an unbalanced musical instrument and convert it into a balanced signal for sending to an amplifier or mixer. Unlike other DI boxes, Simpleway Audio does this without using any operational amplifiers and feedback connections. Only analog circuits and old-school transistors. This truly eliminates unwanted distortions, gives clarity to the sound, and opens up new horizons of dynamic range.

The discrete amplification module is made from high-quality sound elements and reworked to meet the needs of everyday heavy workloads. Inside the DI box, a high-quality amplifier and set of electronic components are used, which ensure a low level of distortion and noise at the output.
The preamplifier also has input signal level and output level controls, allowing for more precise sound adjustment for specific applications. The Simpleway Audio D1 mini has a lightweight and compact metal housing, making it convenient for carrying and using in various conditions. Simpleway Audio has provided a convenient color gradation for their devices: passive instruments are marked in black, active instruments in red.
