The titanium alloy significantly reduces the lifespan of CNC milling cutters, a task made more difficult by the intricate structures of the chaconne and the additional stage of mirror polishing.
The diaphragm of MoonDrop Chaconne is made of liquid crystal polymer in both the dome and cone parts. LCP has high rigidity and lightness and is widely used in artificial satellites and rocket engines. LCP provides better high frequency extension and a richer mid-range density. The suspension detail is made of ultra-thin soft polyurethane, resulting in rich and deep bass.
