The headphones are crafted using high-quality materials, including a gold-plated housing, making them not just technically advanced devices but also true works of art. The housing is made of durable aviation-grade aluminum or brass and coated with 24-karat gold, providing a unique look and enhancing electrical characteristics. The ideal material for diaphragms, diamond possesses excellent physical properties such as speed of sound and hardness, making it the most suitable material for diaphragms. The exceptional stiffness of diamond on bending significantly contributed to achieving the "ultra-low distortion DU" we aimed for. The product uses the "True Diamond" method - producing diamond foil by crystallizing diamond on silicon with subsequent silicon melting.
By reducing distortions in the ultra-low frequency range and improving amplitude-frequency characteristics in the ultra-low frequency range, Final Audio has achieved unprecedented low-frequency playback improvement and reduced penetration into the fine and bright mid and high-frequency range with good transitional processes. The headphones reproduce vast amounts of musical information with stunning resolution, reaching an amazing sense of separation, allowing you to feel focused on any frequency. Furthermore, there are no distortions, making the silence of quiet parts of the music even more pronounced, with each sound standing out more.
The housing, made of highly durable stainless steel processed with precision, provides reliable driver support and suppresses unnecessary vibrations, providing clearer sound contours. Additionally, the housing is adorned with a wavy, precisely cut pattern known as "Cotes de Geneve." Not only aesthetically pleasing, this technique ensures lower deviations in accuracy compared to polishing, as the cut surface has the same finished sizes, often used for luxury watch inner parts.
No glue is used for assembling the housing or mounting the DU; instead, screws are used, a complex construction allowing for long-term repairs. Moreover, the screw tightening force reliably supports each detail, suppressing unnecessary resonance.
The highly precise cable with silver-coated ePTFE and MMCX connector, manufactured by our company, was developed in collaboration with Junkosha, known for developing and producing cables for achieving high signal transmission speeds for supercomputer "K." The wire material is silver-coated OFC wire, embodying the know-how continuously improved by Junkosha under the Junflon brand, while the insulation coating is made of ePTFE (expanded Teflon) with even lower dielectric permeability than regular PFA (fluoropolymer). All aspects are specially designed for A10000.
The MMCX connector has been upgraded to be even more reliable and precise than our previous self-developed product. Since the 2PIN uses the elasticity of the pin itself to provide extraction force, its design does not make it durable, so MMCX is used to ensure long-term reliability.
