"Eye", Second Generation
The Eye is a wired USB DAC option from ddHiFi. The design features only one interface, with a shape resembling an eye. The second generation Eye cables are equipped with shielded pure silver conductors, similar to the pure silver conductors used in the whole 07 series, as seen in the TC44Pro E2. These cables are durable and provide high resolution and detail.
Fine Tuning
The TC44Pro E2 utilizes two CS43131 decoding chips and two independent ES9603Q operational amplifiers. The chip's nominal power is higher than the TC44Pro, and the output signal amplitude is limited to 80% to ensure overall listening comfort.
High-Quality Materials
The 4.4mm Pentaconn balanced output from NDICs is connected to a printed circuit board designed using a two-layer layout process and assembled by hand using lead-free solder containing 3% silver. The top of the jack is reinforced with a metal ring for protection and aesthetics.
Customize Your Strap
The adjustable strap position option allows for a shorter strap length. The buffalo leather rope combined with the metal casing provides a pleasing appearance. In addition to the pre-tied leather rope, a 30cm leather rope is included in the package. By scanning the QR code on the package, you can try making your own "snake knot."
Status Indicator Light
There is a non-bright status indicator light on the front panel. Blue indicates PCM stream, green indicates DSD decoding. The TC44Pro E2 supports built-in DSD decoding up to DSD256.
