AiAiAi sound as good as they look! All electronic music from DubStep to Detroit Techno, from Hip-Hop and Metal to Reggae and Pop sounds simply fantastic! Perhaps jazz trios didn't sound quite accurate, string quartets were a bit heavy, and harpsichord solos were somewhat too "expressive" for acoustic music. The mid-frequencies may seem slightly "bulky" for airy folk singers or Celtic harps, for example, but overall, AiAiAi TMA-2 are versatile enough and clearly transcend the realm of "club music," even though they were primarily created for DJs. The AIAIAI TMA-2 Studio Preset is a ready set of component parts H03, S03, E04, C02, designed for studio use. The comfortable headband is made of super-resistant nylon with a soft, thick leather overlay. The circumaural leather ear cushions snugly fit against the skull, providing maximum sound isolation and space around the ear. The coiled cable is 1.5 meters in compacted and 3.2 meters in stretched condition, made of durable elastic matte plastic. The package includes an adapter for a large jack. The speaker diaphragms are coated with titanium to reduce distortion. The speaker is completely sealed from the cup, producing a warm rich sound with pleasant bass and a comfortable overall frequency balance. Designed for use in the studio or listening to music at moderate volume levels, not for creating music or monitoring mixes.
