The Sennheiser CX 80U Black are ultra-compact in-ear wired headphones with a headset function, which are a direct continuation of the popular CX 80S analog model. The key update of the series is the transition to the modern USB-C digital interface, which eliminates the need for adapters and allows you to connect the device directly to smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
Unlike many budget models saturated with low frequencies, the CX 80U offer a signature, balanced, and natural sound without booming bass or sharpness on high frequencies. The presence of a built-in digital-to-analog converter (DAC) allows bypassing the hardware limitations of mobile gadgets' audio outputs, guaranteeing high-definition sound reproduction in formats up to 24-bit/96kHz.
