The Pro-Ject Connect it Line RS RCA is an interconnect cable featuring pure silver conductors. The cable connectors have copper contacts with rhodium plating and isolated carbon bodies. The Connect it RS line offers high-class cables produced in Europe.

The Connect It RS interconnect cables utilize pure silver conductors, ensuring high conductivity across the entire frequency range. This means that music is reproduced accurately and the cable transmits the signal neutrally and without distortion. Compared to copper, silver does not limit high frequencies, providing a more detailed and open sound. This is especially important when transmitting weak signals from a cartridge. Low cable capacitance is also essential for a clean signal transmission.
For a cable, the conductor is not the only important factor but also the cable's dielectric, shielding, and manufacturing quality. The dielectric determines the cable capacitance, which is crucial. Technically, air is the best dielectric, but its application in reality is impossible. Pro-Ject uses polyethylene (PE), which has excellent insulation characteristics. The Connect It DS and RS series cables use flexible cellular PE, ensuring low cable capacitance.
Shielding is done with an OFC copper braid with silver plating and a carbon conductive jacket. This provides ideal signal protection and cable flexibility. All RS-Line cable connectors have copper bodies with rhodium plating and a carbon shell.
