This model combines powerful sound, stylish rock 'n' roll design, and modern technologies to turn your home theater into a truly emotional and captivating experience.
The Heston 120 soundbar features Marshall's iconic style: a black casing with a signature cloth grille reminiscent of the brand's classic amplifiers. The front panel includes LED input and mode indicators, as well as the Marshall logo in white. The device is compact, allowing easy placement under a TV or mounting on a wall using a bracket.
Constructed with a durable metal frame and quality plastic, the soundbar ensures longevity and minimal resonance. The overall assembly is solid and befitting the device's premium status. The stereo system with 11 speakers includes two tweeters for high frequencies, front drivers for clear speech, side modules reflecting sound from walls, two subwoofers, and four passive radiators for rich low frequencies.
At the core of the sound system are 11 powerful Class D amplifiers, with two delivering 50W each, and the remaining nine providing 15W each, totaling an impressive 150W power output.
The Heston 120 supports advanced audio formats like Dolby Atmos and DTS:X, giving it a significant edge over similar devices like those from Sonos. Connectivity options include HDMI eARC for TVs and other devices, supporting signals up to 4K/120Hz with Dolby Vision HDR. In addition, modern wireless technologies like Wi-Fi and Bluetooth enable easy and versatile connections.
Equipped with a pair of microphones working with room calibration, the device allows control and customization through a dedicated app, enhancing user convenience.
The stereo system features Bluetooth 5.3 with LE Audio and Auracast, as well as Wi-Fi 6. Streaming technologies like Google Cast, AirPlay 2, Spotify Connect, and Tidal Connect are available. Physical interfaces include HDMI 2.1 with eARC, RCA outputs, USB-C, Ethernet, and a port for connecting a subwoofer.
The Marshall Heston 120 offers several operating modes. Movie Mode for immersive cinema experiences, Voice Mode for enhanced speech clarity, Music Mode for balanced sound, and Night Mode to minimize bass and loud effects, emphasizing only dialogue in movies.
