HeadMade SS Series Cables and Adapters
Handcrafted using high-quality materials. American acoustic silver with a purity of 686 is an alloy consisting of 68.6% silver with traces of other colored and precious metals (gold, platinum, among others) and Oyaide copper. Oyaide copper, with a purity of 99.9999999% on each contact, with 60 strands of 0.016 mm (102SSC copper grade), undergoes an additional purification process and triple surface polishing of the strands. The elastic silicon-ceramic braid gives the cable remarkable flexibility and softness.
Each SS-20 conductor consists of 42 silver strands with a cross-section of 0.18 mm and Oyaide copper (99.9999999% purity) with 60 strands of 0.016 mm (exclusively produced to our order). The total number of strands is 408.
Composition:
The conductors are interwoven in standard acoustic braiding, enclosed in triple-weaved American nylon braid. Nylon's triple weaving - Multifilament significantly enhances the mechanical protection of the cables for constant use, even in extreme conditions. Headphone connectors used are standard - gold plated. For certain headphone models, upon customer request, HI-End connectors from Nobunaga Labs or Oyaide can be installed, which increases the cable cost by the connector price.
