Furutech's "Pure Transmission" concept in connectors and accessories uses anti-resonant materials to minimize the effects of molecular friction and piezoelectric losses. Through reduction of distortions from high-precision mechanical processing, which in turn enhance sound and image transmission, quality information transfer is achieved. This approach includes a unique development of "Ground Clamp Technology" to eliminate external distortions.
The center of the cable features a silver-plated conductor made of oxygen-free copper, produced using alpha technology for two-stage intense freezing and demagnetization, resulting in improved electrical characteristics, according to the manufacturers. Foamed polyethylene is used as primary insulation. Four layers of shielding are used to protect against noise and external interference.
The cable comes with two rhodium connectors, L-DIN and FP-126(R). The rhodium coating ensures very low resistance in the contacts.
A special cable clamp eliminates mechanical and electrical distortions.
