Sound Quality
When using a smartphone, tablet, or computer as a digital playback device, the impact of the USB cable on sound quality is more noticeable than data transfer speed. Sound decoding and amplification devices typically use USB 2.0 interfaces with a tight protective layer, providing stable transmission speeds and protection from electromagnetic interference.
Compared to data transfer speed, stability is more sensitive to interference. The positive and negative poles of the TC19 are made of pure silver and equipped with independent mesh shielding structures. The positive and negative poles are arranged parallel with equidistant signal transmission, providing excellent accuracy in system signal transmission.
Four-wire Parallel Construction
In the new TC19 data transmission cable series, four wires - positive for power, negative for data transmission, positive for data transmission, and negative for power - are arranged in parallel. The cable width matches the size of the smartphone connector. This neatly aligned conductor structure presents extremely strict production requirements for twisting equipment: slow and precise braiding and insulation wrapping ensure uniform thickness and cable body elasticity.
Seamless Metal Housing
The shielding shell design is based on precision constructions. Interference from smartphones and computers often arises from electromagnetic radiation leaks at connector joints and solder points. The upper and lower TC19 housings are made of solid metal with CNC machining and equipped with high-precision blocking seals, forming a fully enclosed shielding cavity with zero clearance, completely isolating internal signal circuits from external interference, eliminating cross-electromagnetic interference at the source.
Curved ergonomic design for easier connection to the USB port
The back is innovatively equipped with a curved projection that follows the natural trajectory of finger movement, making connecting and disconnecting easier and more intuitive. The combination of rigid metallic texture and soft curved lines combines functional practicality with visual aesthetics, creating a dual sense of craftsmanship and design with every touch.
