The SUB-1 uses a dedicated 1.9 GHz DECT wireless connection to provide stable audio transmission with minimal interference and no noticeable delays under suitable operating conditions. Its plug-and-play design simplifies installation, with no additional software required. The subwoofer can also operate in a wired configuration, making it a versatile choice for both new audio installations and existing sound systems.
Powerful, Precise Bass Performance
The integrated 80 W Class D amplifier drives a 6.5-inch long-throw woofer, delivering punchy, well-defined bass across a frequency range of 40–100 Hz. The adjustable crossover frequency, ranging from 50 to 90 Hz, allows the subwoofer to be better matched to the main speakers for a more balanced sound. The bass-reflex enclosure and DSP work together to support efficient, controlled low-frequency reproduction.
Designed for Professional Audio Installations
The Audio Pro SUB-1 combines minimalist Scandinavian styling with flexible placement options. It can be positioned on a suitable horizontal surface or installed using the appropriate mounting hardware. Its compact profile makes it easy to integrate into a variety of commercial interiors without taking up excessive space.
When used as part of an Audio Pro Business wireless system, the SUB-1 supports multi-zone audio configurations with up to six independently controlled volume zones and up to 31 speakers, helping create a consistent sound experience across larger premises.
Energy-Efficient Operation
To reduce unnecessary power consumption, the subwoofer automatically enters standby after approximately 19.5 minutes without an audio signal. Power consumption is approximately 0.39 W in wired standby mode and 1.92 W in wireless network standby mode.
