Clarus - the fourth model in the IEM series by Astell&Kern, distinguished by a constant pursuit of sound that is as close to the original as possible. Developed based on the Tribrid architecture with 9 drivers, Clarus allows each driver to perform optimally within its dedicated range. The dynamic driver provides natural richness and depth in the low frequencies, a precisely matched set of BA armature drivers reproduces the detail and resolution in the mids and highs, and the latest MEMS drivers reproduce even the finest upper frequencies with exceptional accuracy.
Clarus is the embodiment of clarity. From the deepest bass to the finest highs, they reveal the natural details and sense of space inherent in the music itself.
The bodies are made of 6061-T6 aluminum. This design is intended to provide more accurate separation of the frequency range and reduce distortion levels.
