Grimm Audio is a Dutch company that manufactures modern high-end stereo systems, digital sources, and professional studio equipment.

Grimm Audio was founded in 2004, initially focusing on the production of professional studio equipment.

Grimm Audio was founded by four renowned Dutch audio engineers: Bruno Putzeis, Guido Tent, Pieter van Willenswaard, and Elko Grimm. The team's goal was to combine their combined knowledge and experience into high-quality products for music recording and playback.

The company's first product was the AD1 single-bit studio analog-to-digital converter. In 2010, Grimm Audio entered the home consumer market with the introduction of the LS1 digital active speaker system.
