With the R4, you can record up to four tracks, mix them, and send the result to a dedicated "bounce track." This frees up tracks to continue layering sounds in your composition. You can choose between a quick bounce or real-time mixing with a bounce. The R4 also allows you to undo the last bounce if you're not satisfied with the result.

The R4 captures flawless audio from each take without the need to adjust recording levels.
Combined Inputs
The R4 recorder features two combined XLR/TS inputs with Zoom's signature preamps. You can connect microphones, musical instruments, external MIDI keyboards, and more.
