The KRK RP7 G4 is a fourth-generation two-way active studio monitor designed for near-field monitoring and made from premium-quality materials. The monitor features a 6.5” woofer and a 1” tweeter with Kevlar cones.
A dual Class D amplifier with 145W of power separately amplifies the low and high frequencies. The monitor is equipped with a DSP-based equalizer and a high-resolution display on the rear panel.
The equalizer offers 25 presets for quick, easy, and precise monitor tuning to the room. The monitor's simple control interface includes the equalizer adjustment knob (which also serves as a volume control) and a power switch.
Control of the monitor can be done using the dedicated KRK App with a set of Room Correction Tools. The app is available for both iOS and Android devices. The Brickwall limiter automatically activates when a certain volume level is exceeded, providing reliable protection for the woofer and tweeter from overloads. The monitor has one combined XLR/6.3mm balanced input and an optional front grille.
