The ultra-wide listening zone fills every corner of your living space with sound to ensure that every family member and guest has the best experience. The listening zone is not limited to the front panel of the TV, but covers a much wider area.
Universal placement scheme for any living room
No need to rearrange furniture or adjust the speaker placement. In each HT-A9 speaker, a dual-microphone system ingeniously measures relative height and placement, and the system creates twelve phantom speakers that completely surround the room with immersive sound.
Wireless freedom
Place the control unit next to the TV and connect it using an HDMI cable. Four speakers connect wirelessly to the control unit, so there are no extra wires in the room.
Sound field optimization
Activate sound field optimization at any time by selecting the Easy Setup option in the main menu on the TV screen. The HT-A9 home theater will measure the distance between the speakers and the ceiling, automatically and easily calibrating the system.
X-Balanced Speaker
The unique rectangular shape of the speakers increases the diaphragm area to produce richer bass and suppresses vibrations, maintaining pressure and providing vocal clarity with minimal distortion.
19mm Soft Dome Tweeter
This 19mm soft dome tweeter works in tandem with the woofer to reproduce clean, natural mid to high-frequency sound.
Playback of compressed audio files
The DSEE Extreme™ digital sound enhancement technology, powered by Edge-AI artificial intelligence, enhances the resolution of compressed music files in real-time. It dynamically recognizes musical instruments, genres, and composition elements, such as vocals and interludes, and restores high-frequency details lost during compression for rich and natural sound.
