sE Electronics DM1 Ultra-Thin Microphone Preamplifier
The sE Electronics DM1 is an ultra-thin microphone preamplifier capable of providing up to +28 dB of transparent and clean gain for passive microphones. The Class A design is complemented by high-quality FET transistors, resulting in very low output impedance, reducing noise by half. A special buffer amplifier ensures that the gain will always be at +28 dB regardless of the circumstances. For best results, developers recommend connecting the DM1 directly to the microphone output. If necessary, a cable can be used between the amplifier and the microphone, but it is believed that the shorter the length of this cable, the higher the efficiency of the entire setup. The amplifier has a compact and stylish look: it is housed in a thin all-metal red-colored body.
