The Pro 8 offers unique advantages for Dolby Atmos immersive rooms and stereo mixing. Two Class AB amplifiers deliver 75W to the 8-inch woven composite woofer and 65W to the 1.25-inch silk dome tweeter, providing fast and accurate transient response. The monitor has a frequency response from 20 kHz to 35 Hz, ensuring full-range sound without a subwoofer and sufficient volume (105 dB SPL).
On the rear panel, there are acoustic tuning controls, including a three-position Acoustic Space switch to compensate for boundary bass boost when placing the monitor in a corner or near a wall. High and mid-frequency controls help further reduce room anomalies, and a low-frequency filter makes it easy to integrate a subwoofer into the monitor system. Finally, the included wall and ceiling mounts allow easy integration of the Eris Pro 8 monitors into any stereo or multi-channel system.
