The PreSonus EarMix 16M is a 16-channel personal monitor mixer that provides high-quality, networked monitoring for stage, installed sound systems, and studio recording.

The EarMix 16M features all channels with 3-band equalizers and limiters. This sound processing is also available for the main bus. Channels can be easily grouped, simplifying complex mixes. Once you perfect your monitor mix, save the entire scene to internal memory; you can save and recall up to 16 mix scenes.
Headphone Amplifier
The EarMix 16M is equipped with a loud and clear headphone amplifier that can handle low-impedance devices such as professional in-ear monitors. It uses a digital-analog converter, providing a wide dynamic range and low signal-to-noise ratio. Special attention has been paid to the amplifier design to ensure superior sound quality, regardless of the type of headphones used.
Power over Ethernet (PoE) Technology
The EarMix 16M can receive power from the included external power supply or through the same Ethernet connection used for AVB networked audio, thanks to Power over Ethernet (PoE) technology.
With PoE, one cable provides both digital audio and electrical power. This allows you to place the EarMix 16M personal monitor mixer wherever it's needed.
The PreSonus SW5E AVB Five-Port Switch is compatible with any AVB switch, providing PoE and allowing multiple EarMix 16M headphones to be connected to the AVB network.
Universal Personal Monitoring
The EarMix 16M is suitable for personal monitoring mixers wherever you need them: on stage, in the studio, or in a reporter's booth. When combined with the StudioLive 16R, the EarMix 16M becomes a complete personal monitoring solution that can be added to any mixer system. Simply connect the outputs of your installed console to the StudioLive 16R and route them to the EarMix 16M personal monitoring mixers via AVB. The StudioLive 16R allows you to add independent reverb, compression, and more to your monitoring system. Need more than 16 inputs? Combine the EarMix 16M with the StudioLive 24R or StudioLive 32R, and you can create independent buses that can be routed to each EarMix 16M on the network.
