The Pioneer DJ company releases the PLX-500, a new versatile direct drive turntable that is perfect for both DJs and music lovers. The PLX-500 is equipped with a line output, allowing it to be connected directly to a sound system or active speakers without the need for a phono preamp or additional amplification.
The PLX-500 inherits the layout and controls of the professional model PLX-1000, as well as its warm and clean analog sound. The high-torque motor is ideal for scratching. The turntable comes complete with a cartridge, needle, and slipmat. With a USB output, you can make high-quality digital copies of your vinyl collection using the free rekordbox software application. When combined with a compatible DJM mixer and RB-VS1-K timecode, you can use the PLX-500 and rekordbox dvs Plus Pack for playing digital files and scratching.
The turntable is available in black (PLX-500-K) and white (PLX-500-W) versions to better match the design of your interior.
