Pioneer DJ DJM-V10-LF 6-Channel Professional DJ Mixer.
Building upon the success of the DJM-V10, the black Pioneer DJM-V10-LF removes the crossfader and extends the channel faders for more volume precision. Some DJs prefer to use the channel faders over the crossfader, as they offer more control to perform smooth blends with tiny adjustments to the volume of each track, or quickly drop sounds into the mix as if playing a musical instrument. Removing the crossfader from the DJM-V10 affords the updated 60 mm shaft slide faders on the DJM-V10-LF to extend further down the top plate, offering a longer range of movement for better volume control of audio sources. What’s more, an updated fader curve setting has been added to the unit and the faders have been appropriately weighted to enhance the potential offered by their elongated range.
The DJM-V10-LF is well suited for professional DJs, clubs, festivals, mobile DJs, nightclub installations, recording studios, and more. The mixer utilizes a 6-channel layout and an integrated USB soundcard with support for up to 6 stereo channels of 32-Bit / 96 kHz audio and 64-bit internal processing. Its digital throughput also delivers a wide variety of DSP effects. Many enhancements have been made to the V10-LF including a complete redesign of the mixer's interface, which now includes a 4-band EQ, dedicated high-pass or low-pass filters with resonance, and send FX on each channel. Send FX offers four internal effects with dedicated parameter controls, plus two stereo sends with returns for interfacing with external FX processors such as guitar pedals, studio multi-FX, and more. Additionally, each Send FX (internal or external) can be assigned to one of the six channel strips for even more advanced routing and processing.
Each channel also features a compressor, which is designed for producer/DJs to play unmastered tracks seamlessly, help match older tracks to modern compression standards, or fatten up and tame dynamics. The updated Beat FX can now be accessed via a larger touchscreen for hands-on, real-time manipulation of effects, plus Hi/Mid/Low FX frequency cuts for further performance enhancements. Two independent headphone outputs add control for a dual cueing system, allowing DJs to play seamless back-to-back sets and smooth DJ transitions.
There are four inputs for turntables and six line-level inputs for digital decks. Additional features include Pro DJ Link, six S/PDIF digital input connections, one AES/EBU digital output connection, a DIN MIDI output for synchronizing external hardware effects and sequencers, two top-mounted USB connections, and an additional USB port that supports iOS devices for use with Pioneer's optional RMX-1000 for iPad. An independent send-and-return section allows for external effects to be used simultaneously with the internal effects. The DJM-V10-LF ships with a power cord.
Update Layout for Performing Artists
Some DJs never use a crossfader, preferring instead to mix with the channel faders because it gives them more control—whether they want to perform smooth blends with tiny adjustments to the volume of each track or quickly drop sounds into the mix as if playing a musical instrument. Removing the crossfader from the DJM-V10 has enabled the new 60mm shaft slide faders on the DJM-V10-LF to extend further down the top plate than the 45 mm faders on the original mixer, offering a longer range of movement so you can control the volume of the audio source from each channel precisely. What’s more, a brand-new fader curve setting has been added to the unit and the faders have been appropriately weighted to enhance the potential offered by their elongated range.

Feel the warmth of natural sound and hear every detail. Studio-quality 64-bit mixing and dithering processing, 32-bit high-quality A/D and D/A converters, a low-jitter clock circuit, and many other components all work to produce a full low-end, vibrant mids, and precise highs. 32-bit SABRE 8-channel DAC (ES9016S) is used for both the master and booth outputs. DAC output is driven in parallel to further improve S/N. Analog channel inputs use a 32-bit premium ADC (AK5578EN/AK5574EN) with VELVET SOUND technology by Asahi Kasei Electronics. 6 Channels with Wide Range of Inputs
Choose your ideal setup and plug in everything from CDJs and turntables to samplers, synths, and drum machines. Easy setup thanks to analog input terminals that line up with each channel on the top panel, so you’ll always know where to connect your cables when you’re in the booth. With a 96 kHz / 24-bit sound card, you can input and output up to 6 stereo channels without any deterioration of sound quality when connected to a PC/Mac. Input and output of the send and master signals, as well as the input and output of individual channels, can be routed via USB to your computer.
4-Band EQ & Compressor
Sculpt your sound just the way you like it. Frequencies, curves, boost, and cut amounts on each band have all been specially designed to give you total flexibility. Completely isolate the high and/or low and tweak the two mid ranges to fine tune your mix. Seamlessly play old or unreleased tracks alongside modern compressed productions. Compressor knob on the relevant channel will beef up the audio in real time. Quieter tracks will have added loudness, boosting the sound of weaker tracks. Mastered music will have a minimal effect. Midrange EQs have their own custom curves.
Creative FX
Send audio to one of four built-in FX: Short Delay, Long Delay, Dub Echo, Reverb.
Newly developed filter with resonance control. Drastically change the sound of a track or subtly tweak it. Switch on high- or low-pass filters by pressing either button. Turn the knob from all the way to the left (no filter applied) to the furthest position on the right (maximum filter applied). High- and low-pass filters are separated, offering twice the resolution to play with compared to the filter on the DJM-900NXS2. Allows for more pronounced adjustments.
3-Band Master Isolator
Effortlessly control the tone of your entire mix. 3-band master isolator features boost/cut curves and adjustments to the crossover frequencies. Grab the large dials and drastically changing the sound for immediate tension and release.
DVS-Ready
Enjoy DVS control via Native Instruments’ TRAKTOR PRO 3 (available separately). Intuitively control and scratch with digital audio files stored on your computer. Use Serato DVS to control and scratch with CDJs or turntables. Serato DJ Club Kit license required and available separately.
