The Neumann KH 750 AES67 is a special modification of a subwoofer. German specialists from Neumann have released the KH 750 AES67 subwoofer, a variation of the KH 750 DSP model designed to work in existing AES67 network infrastructures.
Features:
- Frequency range: 18 Hz - 750 Hz
- Bass Manager
- Amplifier power: 256 W
- Sound pressure: 105 dB
- Automatic monitor alignment function
- Four routing modes and adaptable acoustic control elements
- Can be used in music, broadcast, and post-production studios for tracking, mixing, and mastering.
The compact KH 750 AES67, as a variant of the KH 750 DSP product, is an ideal subwoofer for routing sound over IP in existing studio AES67 infrastructures up to loudspeakers with redundancy and no loss. It serves as a bridge between the studio digital data stream of ST2110/AES67 and all KH line monitors.
Like the KH 750 DSP, this new model is equipped with a 10-inch driver with a linear magnetic system using ELFF (Extremely Linear Force Factor) technology and a powerful DSP processor. The subwoofer can reproduce low frequencies down to 18 Hz. This model retains the acoustic properties and functions of the KH 750 DSP, such as the Bass Manager with four routing modes and extensive customization options.
By adding more KH 750 AES67 subwoofers, stereo systems of any size can be realized. The Neumann KH 750 AES67 adds the ability to connect AES67 and retains all other KH 750 DSP functions, such as the unique and flexible Bass Manager, as well as analog and digital inputs, four routing modes, and adaptable acoustic control elements for use in various configurations and setups.
In combination with the automatic monitor alignment function, available for both Mac and PC, the entire system can be accurately calibrated to match the room's characteristics. This includes the analog monitors connected to it, which can be perfectly adapted to the room by adjusting both amplitude and phase using the powerful DSP built into the subwoofer.
The Neumann KH 750 AES67 subwoofer in combination with the MA 1 automatic calibration system is compatible with all KH line analog monitors, as well as the KH 80 DSP DSP monitors.
Two balanced XLR analog inputs and two balanced XLR analog outputs are provided. The 192 kHz / 24-bit digital input can accept AES3 and S/PDIF signals. If no signal is present for more than 90 minutes, the automatic bypass function reduces power consumption to 0.3 W. The Neumann KH 750 AES67 can be used in music, broadcast, and post-production studios for tracking, mixing, and mastering.
