The Native Instruments Maschine Mk3 is a versatile MIDI controller with a built-in USB audio interface that includes a sampler, sequencer, effects processor, mixer, and more. This device allows you to play tracks in real time incredibly conveniently and effectively, manipulating numerous control elements. The high-quality 24-bit ADC/DAC converters with a 96 kHz sampling rate ensure the best sound quality.
The main feature of this device is the presence of 16 pads with bright colored lighting and adjustable touch sensitivity. Each pad is designed for comfortable two-handed play without interfering with the others. There are four operating modes: Standard Pad Mode, Keyboard Mode for playing individual notes, Chord Mode for chord performance, and a special Step Mode that turns the controller into a sequencer. There is an arpeggiator and a Note Repeat function that infinitely repeats the last played note or sample with a single press. Sound, tone, effects, and many other manipulations can be controlled using the touch-sensitive Smart Strip ribbon controller, which also has lighting. The device comes with 25 pre-installed effects, including reverb, filters, delay, and compression.
For functionality and parameter adjustment, there are two large LCD displays with stunning clarity and detail. Below them are 8 touch-sensitive knobs that also control various functions. There is also a large multi-functional joystick capable of changing multiple parameters simultaneously. The device features inputs and outputs on 1/4'' Jack TRS connectors for connecting external audio sources and sending the signal to a mixer or speaker system. There is a headphone output on a 1/4'' Jack TRS connector that provides clean and loud sound in headphones. For connecting sustain or expression pedals, there is an input on a 1/4'' Jack TS connector. An external microphone can be connected using the input on a 1/4'' Jack TS connector, with a separate volume control. Additionally, there is a built-in MIDI interface with inputs and outputs on standard 5-pin connectors, and a USB-B port for connecting to a computer and providing power. For the brightest lighting, it is recommended to use an external 15V DC power adapter, which is included in the package.
