The main difference of MoonDrop Blessing 2 from its counterparts is the configuration focused on maximum efficiency, consisting of a dynamic 10mm woofer with a conical composite diaphragm, a pair of exclusive mid-frequency balanced armature drivers Softears D-MID-A, and high-frequency Knowles SWFK drivers with an optimal distribution of working bands between the drivers.
To achieve perfect harmony among the different drivers, a combination of traditional crossover and passive phase alignment is used, thanks to the optimal placement of the drivers in the housing and carefully calculated waveguide parameters. To achieve the desired acoustic performance, the housings are manufactured using a highly precise 3D printing method from medical-grade polymer resin, providing the necessary levels of precision, strength, and consistency. The faceplates are made from stainless steel.
