The Michi M8 Monoblock Power Amplifier is an uncompromising Class AB component, delivering 1080W at 8 ohms and astounding 1800W at 4 ohms. Its design and architecture ensure smooth, accurate, and relaxed sound reproduction even when working with the most demanding speaker systems, while maintaining critical characteristics such as energy, rhythm, and synchronism.
Features:
- 1800W at 4 ohms
- Low-noise toroidal transformers
- Custom-made speaker terminals
The impressive speaker control and authoritative power of the Michi M8 monoblock are the result of the perfect balance between science and art. It outputs 1,080W in Class AB at 8 ohms and an astonishing 1,800W for the most demanding speaker systems with an impedance of up to 4 ohms. The M8 is equipped with a pair of low-noise toroidal transformers, designed and custom-made in their own factory. Connected to them are four patented British storage capacitors with perforated foil linings, high efficiency, and fast discharge times (ESR) - for impressive bass with exceptional speaker control even under extreme load conditions.
To achieve high precision and unparalleled sound quality, the M8 features an array of 32 output transistors that deliver high currents, reducing the load on individual components while maintaining critical characteristics such as energy, rhythm, and synchronism throughout all amplification stages. Musical expressiveness and the reproduction of the finest nuances are further enhanced by the acoustic tuning of critical components and balanced circuitry.
The front panel is adorned with a high-resolution display that supports peak power meter and spectrum analyzer functions. With XLR and RCA inputs, 2 sets of custom-made Michi speaker terminals, a remote control, and full connectivity via RS232 and Ethernet, the M8 offers exceptional flexibility in installation. The Michi M8 is the epitome of power amplification in an elegant industrial design.
