Oxygen is a common impurity in copper products, so we take special care to avoid its presence during the manufacturing process. By using noble gases inside our equipment, we have successfully limited the oxygen content to 5ppm, surpassing the standard requirement for oxygen-free copper.
With a proven twisted design, each cable consists of 140 conductors with a diameter of 0.04mm, arranged in an eight-wire to four-wire braid. The twisting of the wires helps to minimize the energy of magnetic fields produced by each wire, resulting in effective reduction of noise and signal interference. This method achieves two key objectives: reducing outgoing noise and decreasing incoming noise caused by electromagnetic interference.
