Oxygen Control in Copper Products
Oxygen is a common impurity in copper products, so we avoid using gas burners and fill our equipment with noble gases to minimize oxygen levels. Our methods have enabled us to control oxygen to 5ppm, below the standard for oxygen-free copper.
Features:
- Braided Furukawa PCUHD copper
- 0.04mm\140 conductors in an 8-wire to 4-wire braid
- USA-made TPE Sleeve
- Jensen 4% silver Soldering
- Purity of oxygen-free copper is 99.99% (5 ppm or less)
- Each strand is silver plated
- Mono 3.5mm headphone termination
Silver-Plated Premium Cables
Our cables bring out the best in your headphones by combining the conductivity of silver with the durability of copper. Made with Furukawa Copper wire coated in pure silver, these cables enhance your listening experience by increasing depth, improving separation, and enhancing details.
Utilizing a heat-resistant molding process and avoiding extrusion or rolling, our cables are mass-produced to exclude impurities. With high malleability and drawability, they can process superfine wires easily.
Each cable features a twisted design with 140 conductors at 0.04mm in diameter, arranged in an 8-wire to 4-wire braid. This technique minimizes magnetic field energy, reducing noise and signal interference. By reducing outgoing and incoming noise related to electromagnetic interference, our cables achieve optimal performance.
