M-Audio Oxygen Pro 49
The M-Audio Oxygen Pro 49 is a professional MIDI keyboard from the Oxygen Pro series, equipped with 49 full-size semi-weighted keys that allow comfortable performance of various parts. The device also offers functions for controlling the main parameters of various sound programs (DAWs). It features Auto Mapping technology, which can automatically reassign all controls according to the program interface.
The keys have precise pressure sensitivity, aftertouch algorithm, and multiple modes of operation, such as single-note chord performance and note repeat. An arpeggiator with multiple sequence types, octave selection, Gate, and Swing functions is included. There are also interesting Smart Chord and Smart Scale modes to help compose and record melodies in multiple keys and scales. For functionality control, performance, and navigation, there are 19 buttons, 8 knobs, 2 wheels, a fader, and an encoder. For rhythm parts and sample playback, there are 16 pads with RGB backlighting. Lastly, the front panel features a miniature OLED display that shows the names and values of selected parameters.
For computer connection and power supply, there is a USB-B port. There is an input on a 1/4" Jack TRS connector for connecting a sustain pedal, which is sold separately. For sending MIDI signals to an external device, there is a MIDI output on a standard 5-pin connector. The package includes a USB cable, as well as license keys for Pro Tools | First M-Audio Edition and Ableton Live Lite software programs and virtual instruments and sample sets from Air Music Tech and MPC Beats.
