The Magnat Omega CS 12 subwoofer is a relatively compact active system with a 12-inch reinforced speaker. The model is equipped with an amplifier with a peak power of 1,100 watts and a DSP block for sound tuning according to the room and main speakers.

The manufacturer paid special attention to the dual-membrane radiator with special coating, providing additional durability and power reserve. According to Magnat, the radiator is specially optimized for ultra-low frequencies. The subwoofer can reproduce sounds in the range of 18 to 200 Hz. The driver features a 75-mm coil and a 170-mm ferrite magnet. The design of the driver was done using Klippel laser technology.
The built-in Class D amplifier operates at a power of up to 525 watts in normal mode and can provide 1,100 watts at peak power. The processor is responsible for the frequency response, as well as a set of user adjustments. The Omega CS 12 subwoofer has four control knobs on the rear panel: volume, crossover adjustment, phase, and bass boost up to +8 dB.
The cabinet is made of MDF. According to Magnat, it is impossible to achieve a more harmonious and compact design with all the available features. The subwoofer is equipped with "stable" Extended Surface Dampers feet. The external finish is in grand piano lacquer.
