KRK Systems ROKIT 8 Generation Five is the most advanced studio monitor in its class. Whether you're working on a chart-topping hit, a film soundtrack, or a personal project, they provide the tools needed to capture every nuance of your sound with stunning clarity. As part of the fifth generation of KRK ROKIT studio monitors, alongside ROKIT 5 Generation Five and ROKIT 7 Generation Five, their built-in DSP technology provides three different control modes.
Three Sound Modes:
- Mix Mode: Even frequency and phase response, best for mixing, mastering, and critical listening
- Create Mode: Inspiring sound, perfect for writing, producing, and general listening
- Focus Mode: Mid-focused sound for critical analysis of the mid-range frequencies, where vocals and most instruments have the most energy
These three modes eliminate the need for separate sets of monitors for different tasks. It's like having three pairs of monitors in one. ROKIT 8 Generation Five also has 25 EQ settings that help minimize and correct issues in your acoustic environment, and with the free KRK app, they make setting up your recording environment simple and precise.
Kevlar Low-Frequency Driver
ROKIT 8 Generation Five features an 8-inch low-frequency driver with a woven Kevlar aramid fiber cone, providing superior damping and control over modal decay.
Silk Dome Tweeter
The 1-inch tweeter is equipped with an acoustic silk dome diaphragm with high damping, smoothly extending the frequency range up to 40 kHz.
For maximum transient response and dynamic range, Class D power amplifiers with dual amplification efficiently and evenly manage the transducers at lower operating temperatures to ensure the integrity of sound during long working sessions.
