The KEF Ci200ER speaker system possesses all the advantages of the KEF in-ceiling speaker range. It is equipped with a magnetic grill with a thin frame and has a wide directivity pattern thanks to the use of the Uni-Q module. It is also marine-grade certified for use on boats and yachts. However, the main feature of this speaker system is its depth.
The installation depth of the KEF Ci200ER is less than 10cm, precisely 97mm. There are very few in-ceiling speaker systems on the market with such a shallow depth. Typically, eight-inch speakers have a depth of at least 12 centimeters, and architects do not like to lower the ceiling by more than 10cm.
This model is particularly applicable in situations where space is limited but there are high requirements for the level and depth of bass.
