Dual High-Performance DACs
The AP80 PRO-X features dual ESS ES9219C DACs, providing excellent dynamic range (+121 dB) and extremely low distortion levels (SNR 130 dB / THD+N -114 dB). These chips also support high-resolution formats up to 32-bit 384 kHz PCM and DSD256. The AP80 PRO-X also offers an output level of up to 2Vrms with an analog amplifier for reduced output noise and precise sound reproduction.
MQA 8X Support
The new player from Hidizs also supports MQA (Master Quality Authenticated) technology, allowing you to play MQA audio files with sound quality that closely resembles the original recording.
FPGA Matrix HBC3000
With the built-in FPGA HBC3000, the AP80 PRO-X supports native DSD up to DSD256. It also processes clock pulses to reduce jitter and provide clear playback.
Connectivity and Design Features
Despite its compact size, the AP80 PRO-X supports dual output. It has a universal 3.5mm output and a balanced 2.5mm output. The design is also attention-grabbing, with a magnificent aluminum alloy body and a high-quality ALPS volume control knob (Japan) along the edges of the device.
Two-Way Bluetooth
The AP80 PRO-X supports two-way Bluetooth 4.2, as well as HiBy UAT, Sony LDAC, and CSR aptX codecs, ensuring high-quality wireless playback.
Long Battery Life
Equipped with an 800mAh battery, the AP80 PRO-X provides comfortable autonomy throughout the day. The standby time is 40 days, and it offers 6 to 8 hours of balanced listening and 8 to 11 hours of single-ended listening.
