Designed based on the evolutionary R2R Darwin architecture, the RS2 player has a natural and vibrant sound in a compact form factor. The player comes with the PureAudio version of the HiBy OS operating system, in which users can enjoy music with optimized performance. HiBy RS2 is equipped with two headphone output ports: a 3.5mm single-ended port and a 4.4mm balanced port, supporting most new IEMs.

Equipped with the PureAudio version of HiByOS, the RS2 has an optimized operating system specifically designed for sound processing at a system level. It provides a pure, flawless audio playback path, ensuring the best listening experience for your music.
Previously introduced in the well-known HiBy RS6 audio player, the RS2 features the evolutionary audio architecture Darwin Audio. By enhancing the traditional R2R ladder array technology, it offers various modern features such as R2R ladder linearity compensation, a 256-channel adjustable FIR filter, a harmonic regulator, NOS/OS switch, and more. This makes the RS2 a fully versatile device that you can use with different headphones.
The Darwin architecture in the RS2 is capable of 16x oversampling. It is possible to disable the oversampling with the NOS/OS switch. It consists of different AA filters, such as Phase Linearity, High-Fidelity, etc. The architecture is a great complement to traditional R2R ladder DACs, effectively reducing distortions caused by resistance mismatch in the R2R ladder, providing a natural and clean sound.
HiBy RS2 has two microSD card slots, each supporting microSD cards up to 2TB. Users can equip the RS2 with two 2TB cards, and the device will read them simultaneously.
The player features a large 3500mAh rechargeable battery, providing up to 10 hours of playback time on a single charge. In standby mode, the device can operate for up to 40 days.
