Focal Sub Air Subwoofer
The Focal Sub Air subwoofer can be connected to the outputs of an amplifier or AV receiver using a miniature wireless transmitter. The subwoofer's enclosure includes a receiver for transmission. The unique advantage of this model lies in the ability of the Sub Air to receive high-quality wireless audio signals. The device can be placed on the floor or on the wall, as all the necessary accessories for mounting are included.

With a slim depth of only 16 cm, the flat enclosure seamlessly fits into any interior, taking up minimal space. It can be placed on the floor, any securely mounted (vibration-free) horizontal surface, or on the wall – all necessary accessories for mounting are included. In addition to convenience, the freedom to choose placement conditions allows for efficient use of reflective surfaces to adjust the depth of the bass sound.
Another unique advantage is the Sub Air's ability to receive high-quality wireless audio signals. Once again, everything necessary is already included. The miniature transmitter connects to the linear outputs of a stereo amplifier or multi-channel AV receiver, while the receiver for transmission is located in the subwoofer's enclosure. Of course, traditional connection via an RCA cable is also possible: for stereo signals from amplifiers without a specific output, as well as for the low-frequency effects mono channel (LFE). It is very convenient that the subwoofer automatically turns on and off based on the presence of input audio signals, including wireless connections.
With a full 210 mm (8") woofer in a phase inverter enclosure, a powerful built-in amplifier, and rich functionality, the subwoofer delivers excellent sound in the lower register for both music and movie watching. The Sub Air is highly flexible in configuration and will be a great partner for various Focal speaker systems: the full Bird, Sib, and Dome families.
