Canton has developed new, technically and acoustically superior drivers that have found their application in Smart Vento 9 S2. Drivers with titanium graphite membranes were developed to minimize partial vibrations that degrade sound quality. To take the drivers to a new level of acoustics, we processed and improved the previous titanium drivers using a complex chemical process. The new titanium graphite drivers are stiffer, lighter, and have better damping, without any partial vibrations that degrade sound, in the entire effective and crossover range of the drivers. The result: the drivers sound extremely dynamic while remaining wonderfully relaxed.
In Canton, speaker cabinets must not only look good - they must also meet our high technical standards. To that end, we came up with a series of ideas for the new Smart Vento 9 S2. Compared to its predecessors, we changed the basic shape of the speaker and revised the radius of the housing. As a result, there is a larger internal volume, allowing for tuning current models with a broader low-frequency band. In addition, the new design provides greater elegance and less influence of the cabinet on the sound. All of this gives Canton Smart Vento 9 S2 speakers an exceptionally clean, well-defined, and impressive sound. We also redesigned the floor speaker base, allowing the Smart Vento 9 S2 to appear to float above a sturdy base. Furthermore, the new base ensures that the speaker's placement is not critical.
Fully active Canton Smart Vento 9 S2 are equipped with powerful amplifiers providing 600W of power for each floor speaker. Wireless signal transmission with 24-bit signal processing between the speakers ensures playback of the highest-quality music. To enjoy music at home, all you need to do is connect the source device and power cables - external power amplifiers and speaker cables are no longer required. Two 192mm titanium graphite woofers in elegant floor speakers with a bass reflex port reproduce the deepest bass - maximum accuracy and immense pressure are guaranteed.
At the same time, our dual-cone technology provides clear sound even at high volume. In the mid-range, we use a 174mm titanium graphite midrange driver in Smart Vento 9 S2: its large diaphragm area and triple wave surround, as well as its powerful drive, ensure that music is always reproduced clearly and authentically. The perfect complement is our proven 25mm dome tweeter with a ceramic membrane based on aluminum oxide.
Canton Smart Vento 9 S2 are easily customizable and shine with a huge equipment package. Various inputs can be used to connect a variety of sources: analog connections in high-quality XLR and RCA versions, as well as digital versions in optical and coaxial formats are available. The USB-XMOS interface provides the best possible audio connection with computers.
Smart Vento 9 S2 stream music wirelessly via Bluetooth - thanks to aptX, this is achieved with the highest accuracy. We include a set of cables so you can start listening to music right at home.
